A tour of Barnards Green shops (page 3 of 3)

Looking towards the Malvern Hills near the west end of the main street you will see the Bus shelter where the 44 bus can be caught into Great Malvern.

To the left of the shelter there is a 'Peace' sculpture by Rose Garrard.

Back across the traffic island you would have seen Barnards Green Hardware and DIY stocking a varied range of ironmongery and household items, since closed. Don't worry you can still buy hardware from Bradfords, in Pickersleigh Road, and  B&Q, Handyman House and Screwfix in Malvern Link.

The hardware shop became a 'Blue Cross' animal charity shop.

You can get filled rolls at the Subway.

The One Stop shop stocks newspapers, magazines, sweets, drinks and an assortment of foodstuffs.

The last photo (below) shows the approach from Malvern Link onto the traffic island adjacent to Barnards Green Hardware.

We hope this tour has given you a flavour of the shops in Barnards Green and will encourage you to shop there and help keep our small traders in business.

Apologies to those businesses we have not mentioned. Click here for a website which includes more businesses.
